We offer a variety of classes for all levels of cheesemakers, from zero experience to the commercial artisan hoping to take their skills to a new level. Classes always include lunch (with lots of cheese of course) and coffee. For group classes we hope you will bring a beverage (wine or other) to share.

  • The Station -(Currently out of business, but reopening we hope in 2017) Excellent dining made lovingly by local chef with as many organic and local ingredients as possible. Friendly atmosphere and creative dishes.

  • Paisanos Italian- Fun atmosphere, big yummy dishes, fast and good service. The food is made from scratch and from fresh, often local ingredients. Also great for take-out.
