Streamline your production of soft-fresh cheeses, polenta, sausage, and more with a top of the line Tipper-Tie. No more manually applying clips or loops and messy cutting of casings. Tipper-Tie is known for their long-lasting high quality equipment and service: a thing we will attest to!
The double clipper pneumatically attaches two clips at one time and cuts the casing between the two bands. It’s considered a semi-automatic unit, still requiring a human operator to pull the easy to use handle once. The knife function can easily be disabled, should a chain of sausages be the choice. Also, loops can be applied using the machine (although we never did this). We’re including our supply of clips, loops, and casings if desired.
We used this top of the line double clipper from 2015-2018 in our small production facility to package Cheesorizo, a seasoned cooking cheese, in 6 oz chubs. It worked like a dream! We used it with a manual, hydraulic stuffer, but bought the Tipper-tie complete with everything you need so that it can “talk” to a portion-control automated stuffer. All of that equipment is included. We can also include the air compressor we used to operate it. It’s been stored dry in our formerly licensed creamery since we stopped production mid-2018. We’re happy to let you try it out before buying.
We’re located in Rogue River, Oregon. The unit can be crated (in its original crate) for transport and demo’d before you buy. We are open to delivery within about a 200 mile radius–fee to be decided later.
