Class Requirements

Clean clothes that have not been around pets.  Shoes that have not been worn in livestock areas and that can go through a shallow sanitizing foot bath.  Hairnets are provided, but long hair should be pulled back.  If you have a band-aid on your hands, we will provide a pair of gloves. 

Shoes should be non-slip (not totally smooth soled), cheesemaking facilities are generally wet areas.  If you have any limiting mobility condition, balance issues, have a cold, flue, or other illness, then this type of class is not recommended.  By signing below you are releasing Pholia Farm Creamery, LLC and its agents from any liability while participating in any function related to this class while on the premises.

*Deposit is non-refundable unless the class is caned or rescheduled by Pholia Farm.  We will do our best to fit you into another class if possible, but this is not guaranteed.
